11. Booking Cancellation Policy:-

• 11.1 Cancellations made three or more days prior to the event start date via the website will not incur any charges.
• 11.2 For cancellations made two days before the event, a fee of 10% of the total booking amount will apply.
• 11.3 For cancellations made one day before the event, a fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply.
• 11.4 For cancellations made on the day of the event, a fee of 30% of the total booking amount will apply.
• 11.5 If the service representatives have already reached the location or started the work, a fee of 40% of the total booking amount will apply.
• 11.6 Cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or the sudden death of an immediate family member will not incur any charges.
• 11.7 In the case of the death of a family member, the user must provide official documentation issued by government authorities within 30 days of cancellation.
• 11.8 Failure to provide such documentation within the given timeframe will result in charges being applied as per the most appropriate condition above.

12. Technical Issues:-

In case of technical errors, the company will resolve the issue within 30–60 days. If unresolved, a joint meeting with service users, website vendors, SMS service providers, and other relevant parties will be conducted to find a solution.

13. Force Majeure:-

The company is not responsible for failure to provide services due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14. Refund Policy:-

Eligible refunds will be processed and issued within 20–60 business days after cancellation, after deducting any applicable penalties.

15. Data Privacy:-

Users' personal information will be kept confidential and shared only with third parties directly involved in providing the booked service.
